Upgrades & Overhauls

We routinely refurbish instruments of all types including consistometers and curing chambers. Our process usually entails removing everything except for the frame, doors, and pressure vessel. We then re-populate the machine with brand new components, including: high pressure tubing, front panel, electronics, pumps, solenoids, data acquisition, etc. We make the instrument look and perform better than new. We then fully test and calibrate the instrument to verify proper working order.

Shenyang Yueking Cementing also offers computer and touch screen upgrades to existing instruments. If you are running an old version of software or operating system, we offer direct upgrades for the instrument to the latest version of Cement Lab software. Upgrading the instrument improves testing functionality and data acquisition results, by giving you superb touch screen interface controls, user definable charting characteristics, and unsurpassable instrument monitoring capability.
 

Spare Parts

From paddle shafts to o-rings we have your needs covered. We stock thousands of commonly used and hard to find parts so that you don’t have to. We provide quotations and offers many methods of shipping, including next day air and ground. Have your own shipping account? No problem, we can use that too. Not sure what the part number is? No problem, our staff can assist you on pin pointing exactly what you need. 
 

Warranty

All products manufactured or repaired by us are warranted for a period of one year from date of shipment to be free from defective workmanship and material.  Providing written notification is made and authorization by us is given, any of our products claimed defective may be returned, freight prepaid, to our factory.  If product is found to be defective after examination by us, our obligation will be limited to repairing or replacing the product, at our option, free of charge, F.O.B. our factory.

Products manufactured by others are covered by separate manufacturer’s warranties, generally for one year. Contact us for instructions on obtaining service directly from the manufacturer. Our warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, abnormal usage, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or any repairs other than those provided by authorized service personnel.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and of all obligations or liabilities on its part for damages, following the use or misuse of products manufactured by us.  No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall apply.  Our total liability on any claim shall not exceed the price allocated to the product thereof that gives rise to the claim.
