Model YYM3 Pressurized Mud Balance
Pressurized mud balance is mainly used to measure the density of drilling fluid and other liquid substances. Compared with YM series liquid densitometer, the instrument can reduce the influence of air or natural gas mixed into drilling fluid on the determination of drilling fluid specific gravity to the lowest degree by pressurizing the liquid to exhaust or compress the gas inside the liquid. The real density of liquid was measured. It is widely used in oil fields, geological exploration and laboratory for liquid density analysis and measurement. Working principle
Model YYM liquid pressure densimeter is a lever type instrument with unequal arms. It consists of a main ruler of the graduated lever and a main blade inlaid on the main ruler of the lever as the fulcrum. A drilling fluid cup is connected to the left end of the lever. A cup cover is arranged on the upper part of the cup. A one-way valve is equipped at the upper end of the cup cover. The liquid is pumped into the cup by a suction pipe from the check valve to compress the gas in the cup to obtain the real liquid Bulk density. The right end of the lever is connected with the balance cylinder. There is a plug on the top of the balance cylinder, which is mainly used to correct the weight (lead particles) added by the lever balance. Therefore, do not loosen the screw plug on the top until the instrument is recalibrated. A horizontal bubble is inlaid on the lever on the upper part of the main blade. When the bubble is in the central position, the lever is in the horizontal position. There is a movable weight on the lever. There is a screw behind the lever to facilitate the weight to move freely along the lever groove without falling off. There is also a small screw hole at the bottom of the front of the weight, which is used to adjust the weight. This screw hole should not be unscrewed unless the instrument is calibrated again This screw hole, otherwise the instrument will be inaccurate. The main ruler of the lever is placed on the main knife edge of the support seat. The main ruler of the lever can swing flexibly.
