   CTI-3060 can hold constant speed, so wide variations in shear rate are avoided.

The paddle is made up of stainless steel, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and hardened long-life metal.

Section 2 - Operation

1. When mixer is used for the first time, put power plug and variable speed signal line plug on the socket at the rear of electrical box.

2. Switch, button position on panel before power up:

Power Switch: Off

Speed Selection: variable speed

Speed knob: "0" position

Time relay: can be adjusted to any time between 0 and 120 seconds

Motor switches: off.

3. Turn on the power switch, and then the light is on. Speed counter shows the speed to zero. Open the motor switch, and then time relay starts to work.

4. When using the speed button, you can turn speed control knob in clockwise direction. According to the display of speed, you can adjust to required speed.

5. When using constant button, you can press the low speed button, and then speed quickly goes to 4000 r / m. When 12000r/m is needed, you can press high speed button.

6. Timing time: constant time, speed selection, and the process of slurry preparation are all in accordance with API specification 10.

7. After each usage, switch and button should be back to position before power up.

Section 3 - Notes:

1. Motor is not suitable for long-time continuous use, so as not to affect the motor life (can be prolonged intermittent use).

2. If the motor speed exceeds 20,000 r / m, indicating the circuit is faulty. In this situation, power supply should be stopped and maintenance is needed.

3. When the motor speed is high in use, but speed shows zero, power should be immediately stopped and circuit should be repaired.

4. When the mixing paddle shaft stops, operation is overloaded, it maybe because of fuse burned out. Back cover of electrical box should be open and new fuse should be used.
